This involves conducting thorough market research, due diligence, and financial analysis to identify properties with solid income potential, appreciation prospects, or value-add opportunities.

Who can Invest?

  • Any natural person who is over the age of 18 years..
  • Any natural or juristic entity that serves exclusively as the investment vehicle for the beneficiaries or shareholders approved by the collective.

Funding & Shareholding

Our Funding Model

The following funding model is utilised for financing the business:


Investors make monthly and/or lump-sum contributions


Re-investment of rental income


Re-investment of returns on other approved non-property investments

All contributions received from shareholders are invested for the exclusive purpose of meeting the Company’s goals and objectives.

How to Invest?

  • Prospective shareholders should have the means to make monetary contributions consistently.
  • Becoming a shareholder is subject to approval by the REM Board.
  • Shareholders are issued with certificates corresponding to their shares in REM .
  • Direct new shareholder applications to the administrator.
